We are a small family-owned business that has invested in real estate since 2020. We have found success; however, it hasn’t come without its own set of challenges. Many of these setbacks came from unnecessary ill-tempered landlord-tenant relationships.

We knew there had to be a better way; that is why we started our company based on the belief that the landlord-tenant relationship does not have to be adversarial. In fact, we believe that when the right elements come together, our method is mutually beneficial to all parties. Thrivewell Properties, LLC offers a different approach to traditional landlording.

As a result, we avoid evictions, non-payment of rent and destroyed properties. We highly emphasize the team-approach with both owners and tenants and hold both to higher standards with the goal of achieving positive relationships with everyone involved.
